A few simple habits keep your bottle clean, charged and brewing well. Always follow the instructions that come in the box.

Fill with fresh water
Clean, still drinking water: tap, filtered or bottled. Fill to the line and close the lid.

Press once to brew
One press starts a short brew cycle. Let it finish with the lid on.

Drink it fresh
Hydrogen slowly escapes, so drink it soon after it brews rather than saving it for later.

Rinse when you’re done
A quick rinse of the chamber with clean water, then leave the lid off to air-dry.
A proper clean, in four steps

Empty and rinse
Pour out any water and rinse the chamber and lid.

Wash by hand
Warm water and a little mild soap on a soft cloth or bottle brush. Rinse well.

Keep the base dry
Wipe the base with a damp cloth only. Never put it under the tap or in water.

Air-dry, lid off
Let everything dry fully before you put it back together.

- Recharge with its own charging cable when the battery runs low.
- Make sure the base is completely dry before you plug it in.

It’s making fewer bubbles than usual
Give it a full charge, then rinse the chamber and brew again with fresh water.
There are white spots in the chamber
That’s usually minerals from hard water. Follow the descaling steps in your instructions, or switch to filtered water.
The water tastes different
Rinse and wash the chamber and lid, let them dry, and brew with fresh water. Don’t leave water standing in it for days.
It won’t turn on
