01 · Drop, fizz, drink.

Tablets

  • Drop one tablet into a glass of water, let it dissolve, and drink it within about 8 minutes to get the full hydrogen infusion. Don't swallow the tablet whole.

  • Each tablet generates 8 ppm of molecular hydrogen, as printed on the tube. Hydrogen slowly escapes from an open glass, so the fresher you drink it, the more you get.

  • Each 4 g tablet contains 80 mg of magnesium (19% of the daily value). The other ingredients are dextrose, malic acid, L-tartaric acid and adipic acid. They're vegan, with no caffeine, no stimulants and no artificial additives.

  • Six: Grapefruit, Orange, Passionfruit, Peach, Pineapple and Strawberry Fizz. Every flavour makes the same 8 ppm. Only the taste changes.

  • Each tube holds 20 tablets, and one tablet is one serving. Follow the directions on the label. Each tablet has 80 mg of magnesium, which counts toward the 350 mg a day upper limit for supplemental magnesium for adults, so factor in any other supplements you take.

If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

  • Keep the tube tightly closed in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Moisture starts the fizz early, so close the lid right after taking a tablet. Don't use a tube if its safety seal is broken.

02 · Fresh hydrogen water at home.

The bottle

  • Same mission, different format. The tablets are the high-potency, go-anywhere option (8 ppm, no device). The bottle brews fresh hydrogen water on demand with lab-grade electrolysis, with nothing to repurchase. Many people use both: the bottle at home, tablets in the gym bag.

  • By electrolysis. Titanium-platinum electrodes in the base split a little of the water into hydrogen and oxygen, and a DuPont N117 membrane keeps the gases apart so the hydrogen goes into your water. Each brew reaches up to 5 ppm in the 500 ml chamber, a peak reached under pressure while the bottle is sealed.

  • Fill it with clean drinking water, close the lid and press the button once. It runs a short brew cycle; drink it soon after it finishes. Hydrogen is a tiny gas that slowly escapes, even from a closed bottle, so brewing fresh each time beats making a batch for later.

  • 18–25 brews on a full charge. When the battery runs low, recharge it with its charging cable before your next brew.

  • Clean, still drinking water: tap, filtered or bottled. Don't brew hot water, sparkling water, juice, tea or any other drink, and follow the instructions that come with your bottle.

  • Rinse the chamber with clean water after use and let the lid air-dry. Now and then, wash the chamber and lid by hand with warm water and a little mild soap, then rinse well. Keep the base and its electronics out of water, skip the dishwasher, and don't use harsh cleaners or anything abrasive. If white mineral spots build up from hard water, follow the descaling steps in your instructions.

  • No. No tablets, no filters, no cartridges. Fill it with clean water, press once and it brews. Nothing to repurchase, ever.

03 · Canada + US, free over $99 CAD.

Orders & shipping

  • We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $99 CAD (the subtotal after discounts, before taxes). For smaller orders, the cost is calculated at checkout, so you'll see the exact amount before you pay. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Most arrive within 3–7 business days in Canada and 5–10 in the US. When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Nothing within 3 business days? Check your spam folder, then message us with your order number.

  • Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Tablet tubes must be unopened with the safety seal intact; the bottle must be like new, with all its parts and the original packaging. Email us first with your order number and we'll send the return address. Return shipping is on you unless the item was damaged, faulty or wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. If your bottle gives you trouble after the 30-day window, contact us anyway and we'll do our best to help.

  • Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix the address or cancel it with a full refund. Once it has shipped, it can be returned under our returns policy instead.

04 · What the research says, honestly.

The science

  • Ordinary water infused with extra molecular hydrogen (H₂), a gas studied for its antioxidant properties. It tastes like normal water. The difference is what's dissolved in it.

  • It's a growing field. Studies have looked at molecular hydrogen and oxidative stress, inflammation markers and exercise recovery, with some promising results. Many of them were small, short or done in cells or animals, so they're a reason to be curious, not proof of what it will do for you.

Our research library summarises the key papers in plain English, with what each study did and didn't show.

  • So far the evidence points to low risk. Your gut bacteria already make hydrogen every day, a 2010 toxicology study found no harmful effects in bacteria, cells or rats, and in 2014 the US FDA said it had "no questions" about a notice that hydrogen is safe to add to drinks (that's not an approval). Human trials have reported few side effects, mostly mild stomach upsets.

Long-term data, and data for pregnancy and children, are still missing. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

  • Parts per million. For hydrogen in water, 1 ppm means 1 milligram of H₂ in a litre. It's the standard way to say how much hydrogen a product makes. Hydrogen escapes over time, so the amount in your glass drops the longer it sits. That's why we say drink it fresh.

  • ORP (oxidation-reduction potential) is a quick reading, in millivolts, of whether water tends to give or take electrons. A negative number means the water is reducing, which is what dissolved hydrogen does. The bottle's water measures down to −500 mV. It's a handy sign that hydrogen is in there, not a measure of any health effect.
