About the research we share
Our research articles summarise published studies in plain English. Many of them were small, short or done in cells or animals, and we say so in each article. A study finding something isn't proof that a product will do the same for you, and individual results vary.

Using the hydrogen tablets
- Drop one tablet into a glass of water and let it dissolve. Don't swallow the tablet whole.
- Each tablet contains 80 mg of magnesium. It counts toward the 350 mg a day upper limit for supplemental magnesium for adults set by the US National Institutes of Health, so check any other supplements you take.
- Use as directed on the label, keep out of reach of children, and don't use if the safety seal is broken.
Using the bottle
Fill the bottle with clean drinking water only, and follow the instructions that come with it. Don't use it with other drinks.
