Returns & refunds

30 days to return

You can ask to return an item within 30 days of the day it was delivered. Start a return before sending anything back (see below), so we can give you the right address and instructions.

What can be returned

• Hydrogen tablets: unopened tubes with the safety seal intact. For safety and hygiene we can't accept opened tablet tubes.
• The OG Hydro Bottle: in like-new condition, with all parts, accessories and the original packaging.

Gift cards and anything marked as final sale can't be returned.

How to start a return

Email support@oghydro.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return and the reason (optional, but it helps us improve). We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns without a reference can't be matched to an order.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wasn't what you ordered. In those cases we'll cover it. We recommend a trackable service, because we can't refund items that never reach us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

Original shipping charges aren't refundable, unless the return is because of our mistake.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, doesn't work or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Want a different flavour? The fastest way is to return the unopened tubes for a refund and place a new order for the one you'd like.

Cancelling an order

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, it can be returned under this policy instead.

After 30 days

If you have a problem with your bottle after the return window, contact us anyway and we'll do our best to help. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the consumer protection laws where you live.
