Agreement

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from OG Hydro. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them, along with our shipping, returns and privacy policies. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can buy

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. You agree to give us accurate information when you order.

Our products and your health

Our products are for general wellness. The information on this site, including our research articles, is for education only and isn't medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Use them as directed on the label, and talk to a doctor before use if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. See our health disclaimer for more.

Prices, availability and errors

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We try hard to show products, prices and stock accurately, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error in an order you've placed, we'll contact you and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel orders, for example where we suspect fraud or reselling.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout. Shipping and returns are covered by our shipping policy and our returns & refunds policy.

Our content

Everything on this site, including the OG Hydro name and logo, product photos, graphics, videos and text, belongs to OG Hydro or our licensors. You're welcome to share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse our content without written permission.

Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, comment or photo, you confirm it's yours and honest, and you let us display it on our site and social channels. We may remove content that's abusive, misleading or off-topic.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to hack, overload or scrape it, no fraud, and nothing unlawful. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises beyond those in these terms and our policies, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the place where you live.

Changes
