Email us with your order number and we’ll reply within 1–2 business days.

My tracking hasn’t moved
Tracking can pause for a day or two between scans. If it hasn’t updated for 10 business days, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
It says delivered but I can’t find it
Check with neighbours and around your door, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll work with the carrier.
It arrived damaged or something’s wrong
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
I need to change my address
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it.
